A free tier is available permanently with limited functionality (currently 5 analyses per month across the index and ETF universe, plus Event Studies and the Economic Calendar). No credit card is required for the free tier.
Pro access is available at £19.99 per month, or £149 per year (or as otherwise displayed at checkout). Pro subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
New Pro subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and your payment method will be charged the applicable fee. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost.
The Lifetime access option has been discontinued for new purchases. Customers who previously purchased Lifetime access retain permanent access to Pro features as described at the time of their purchase.
You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time Pro subscriptions. After this period, all payments are non-refundable. Lifetime access purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including any cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store payment card information. Stripe's terms and privacy policy apply to payment processing.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate, complete or current. Seasonal patterns are based on historical averages and may not reflect recent market conditions.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TIMINGAX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) £50.
Without limiting the foregoing, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, TimingAX accepts no liability for any loss arising from investment, trading or other financial decisions made by you, whether or not those decisions were informed by data, analysis or any other content on the Service. All such decisions are made solely at your own risk.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the law of England and Wales.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
